   how can I implent this in photoshop?

   1) Go to Action palette.
   2) Click on the little arrow.
   3) Click on Load Actions… and brwse your computer until yu find this set of actions.
   4) Find the action in the palette and expand it by clicking on the arrow.
   5) Highlight the specific action you want to run.
   6) Press the Play button in the Action palette after you open any image you want.
