Regarding the commercial license, is the $199.95 for a certain timeframe, or is it just a flat cost for no specific amount of time? And is this in USD?

The cost for a commercial license is 199 USD, and it allows you to download our existing downloads and the ones i will release in the next year.
When your account will expire , you will not have access to the download area anymore, but you can still use the files for as long as you want in your commercial projects.
